Fees cover attendance at the plenary sessions, your chosen parallel sessions (details of each session are on the website), the conference reception, refreshments and lunches, and the Conference Banquet in Galway city on the evening of Wednesday, February 27th.
All delegates are encouraged to attend the opening and closing plenary sessions. The parallel sessions (workshops 1, 2 and 3) include a refreshment and a lunch break on each day, therefore delegates have the opportunity to move between themes if they so wish, though seating in each session will be limited. Please refer to the Conference Programme for theme details and indicate your selection clearly on the registration form.
NOTE: Themes may change depending on the number and content of submitted abstracts.
Delegates who are unable to attend the COHAB 2008 Conference after submitting a registration form and payment of registration fees are welcome to nominate a substitute. In the case of a cancellation, delegates must inform the Conference Organisers in writing of their inability to attend, by post, to COHAB Initiative Secretariat, PO Box 16, Tuam, Co. Galway, Ireland. Where a substitute is being nominated, a new paper registration form should be included.
A refund of registration fees, less a €50 service charge will be made on requests received on, or before, 31st December 2007. Should you cancel between 1st January 2008 and 31st January 2008, then you will receive a refund of 50% of your registration fees. No refund applications will be accepted after this date. All approved refunds will be issued after the Conference's conclusion.
